The Cape Fear 38 is similar to the Farr 395 and Aerodyne 38, but is significantly narrower. The boat is a low production example where each boat may differ slightly for another. The standard and cruising boats have a full interior and a short, fixed bowsprit. The Regatta versions has a deeper keel, more sail, less interior, and a retractable sprit.
