Remember, to be valid, the form has to be signed by the handicap processor, John Collins, or by his authorized representative, Anthony Prizzi.
If you are from outside the normal PHRF-NE area of Nova Scotia, Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, and wish to sail in several races or regattas, and do not belong to one of the regular PHRF-NE fleets, mail the form, along with a 25 dollar check made out to PHRF-NE and mail it to: John Collins, 23 Pilgrim Road, Marblehead, MA 01945-1710 or john.collins14@comcast.net. There is now an option for secure on-line credit card payment for these fleets. The Nova Scotia members can send their form directly to John Collins and pay via the secure credit card payment option. If you are from Maine, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts please apply and pay through your local fleets. The credit card option should not be used by you.
If you are from outside the normal PHRF-NE area, hold a valid PHRF certificate from a PHRF organization other than PHRF-NE, and wish to sail in only one race or regatta, PHRF-NE will give you a New England certificate good for that one regatta at no cost. Submit your non-PHRF-NE certificate to John Collins.
