March is the final month of the 2020 PHRF NE Application discount period. Nearly 250 members have taken advantage of our $5 Discount by submitting their applications early. The discount deadline is March 31st.

We appreciate your participation in local racing and keeping your handicap certificate up to date on the 2020 Valid List. Keep in mind that the PHRF NE Executive Committee is always reviewing adjustments and submitted appeals, which may impact your boat's rating even if you have not made modifications.
