Spring 2007 Governor's Meeting
March 22, 2007
1. Geoff Emanuel has resigned as Rear Commodore. Bud Hawley was appointed to replace him.
2. An updated version of the By-Laws was was approved. There were no major changes. Rather they were updated to refect how PHRF-NE is currently operated.
3. There was a discussion about certificates for boats racing double handed. The boat currently asking can be handled by current procedures. Further study will be done to determine how to handle these.
4. A new Fleet was established in Manchester, MA.
