Present: Jim MacNeill, Bump Wilcox, David Curry, Walter Murphy, John Collins

Several long standing appeals were considered:
Beneteau 235 voted to raise the base handicap 3 seconds per mile.
Pahl appeal of Lachmyar Finngulf 38 denied.
Beneteau 42s7 shoal draft - more information needed. Several boats are involved.
Farr 37 - Tabled as boat has not raced since the handicap was raised to account for modifications.
