The 2009 Fall Governor's meeting was held at the Boston Yacht Club on 11 November 2009.

The application of the Blue Water Sailing Club for Fleet status was considered. They are being asked to send a represenatative to the Spring meeting.

Close reaching spinnakers were discussed. A working party was organized to come up with a better definition.

The new officers are:
Commodore: Dr. Bud Hawley
Vice Commodore: Mike Dahill
Rear Commodore: Jody Graul
