2010 Hanse Yachts PHRF New England Championships
100+ yachts participated in the event. They came from both ends of the PHRF of New England area; Buzzard's Bay to the Gulf of Maine.

Race Results - Friday:
The final results from both lines are posted. The wind lightened and got very shifty. Indra was OCS and had 20 minutes added to her elapsed time. The other two protests resulted in a 50% penalty from arbitration.
The final results for Line 2 are posted. Line 1 moved in closer to shore where the wind was allegedly stronger but did not succeed in getting in another race.
The final reults for Line 2 are posted. They shorted their race to three legs due to a 180 degree shift. Line 1 treid to get the second race off a couple of times but was not successful.
Race Results - Saturday:
Final results are posted. The wind has been light and very shifty. Starts were delayed until about noon.Later in the afternoon a decent southeasterly developed. It was found that the J-100, PRAVDA,s handicap was wrong on the database but correct on the certificate. The Day Boat class races have been rescored with the correct handicap.

The wind started out with a light northwesterly and has died. A sea breeze is hoped for. Results are posted.

The West Marine Fleet Trophy, for the best performance of three selected boats was won by the Jubilee Fleet. This is a correction.
The West marine Performance trophy for the closest competition in a PHRF spinnaker class, counting races that everyone sailed, was won by Roger Kuebel's S2 7.9 MANIAC out of the Jubilee YC.
